What Orbita does not have yet

We would rather tell you here than have you find out later:

  • Native iOS and Android apps — on a phone you use the web app, which installs on the home screen.
  • As many native integrations with other tools as Asana. To connect what is missing, there is an API, webhooks and the MCP connector.
  • Fine-grained guest permissions and automatic joining by email domain (the engine exists; the screen does not yet).

Moving from Asana to Orbita

Export each Asana project to CSV and import it into Orbita. The importer recognises the Asana columns, shows a preview and, if you do not like the result, undoes the whole import.

Asana prices and plans from asana.com/pricing, checked on 15 October 2026. Orbita features verified in the application code on the same date. https://asana.com/pricing
